The Millennium Monument in Pannonhalma, Hungary is a beautiful landmark that commemorates the 1000th anniversary of the founding of Hungary. The monument features a statue of St. Martin, the patron saint of Hungary, as well as other important figures from Hungarian history.
The monument is open to the public daily from 9am to 5pm and admission is free. Unfortunately, I was not able to find an official website for the monument.
While visiting Pannonhalma, there are many other interesting sights to see. The Pannonhalma Archabbey is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is open to visitors daily from 9am to 5pm. There is also a wine museum in Pannonhalma that showcases the history of winemaking in the region. The museum is open daily from 10am to 6pm.
